Religious Festivals in Pakistan
Shrines are an important aspect of Pakistan and there are many shrines in Pakistan especially in two cities, Lahore and Multan. If you will ask what secret lies behind these Shrines or festivals and why these are so important then my answer will be very simple. People�s devotion and feeling is the entire secret. Here I shall give you an example. In Lahore there is a famous Shrine named �Data Durbar�. This Shrine is dedicated to �Data Ali Hajvery� who had a lot of marvelous books and followers.
Every Year thousand Milkmen provide cold and pure milk in free. This is in the memory of their forefathers so people always satisfied and feel better to such things.
Another aspect is people who get an extraordinary business there and they wait such festivals all the year. These and specifically above described festival last four(4) days and in these four days people earn enough money to spend all the year.
Although Local holiday is not being announced but people close all their other activities and their main focus is this event. People gather at from all over the country and even from abroad.
Spiritually these festivals are very useful and teach lesson of Unity and peace.
Qwalis are another interesting event held at shrines to attract people from all over world to participate in this event hence for learning peace and unity from these shrines.
